Course Description

This workshop lays out a pattern of communication that will improve content intended to inspire, motivate, and influence an audience.  Participants will learn a process to build rapport, establish credibility, and counter objections.

If employees are not equipped to establish rapport and convey expertise to their audiences, your organization's credibility, productivity, and revenue will suffer.

Participants will learn a structured writing process and strategies to effectively;

  • identify audience motivations
  • recognize obstacles that keep an audience from responding or acting
  • preempt objections by conveying messages that resonate with the audience
  • develop effective calls to action

Audiences: Anyone who writes to inspire, sell, change behaviors, or trigger a response:

  • business owners, managers
  • coaches, consultants
  • grant writers, non-profits
  • marketers
  • sales professionals

Non-credit training programs are designed by a team of professionals from each respective field, providing you with effective face-to-face and web-based learning programs. Instructors/course mentors are actively involved in your learning experience, responding to any questions or concerns, as well as encouraging and motivating you to succeed.
