0044 - Ignite Collaborative Problem Solving
Course Description
Ignite Collaborative Problem Solving: Practical Applications and Improved Business Outcomes
In this workshop, groups of employees will use discussion and teamwork to resolve realistic business scenarios. Each scenario will reinforce the need for organizational structure, individual engagement, and the development of skills to support career growth and company success.
By giving employees the autonomy to collaborate and solve problems, employers can uncover hidden skills, motivate employees, and reverse workplace behaviors that are resulting in poor customer service, poor morale, and poor retention.
This workshop is ideal for department and cross-functional teams. Other audiences include:
- employees who need to engage more
- employees who are being onboarded
- employees in the first few years of employment
- individuals who have more tenure but little to no formal business training
This workshop is divided into four action-packed sections to help employees internalize key business principles:
- need for organizational structure and the importance of individual engagement
- behaviors that build or detract from career aspirations
- value-exchange between employer and employee
- making tough decisions to maintain business success and competitive salaries
- ownership of career development
