Course Description

Strategies to Connect with Clients and Overturn Objections

If you prefer client solutions over pushy sales tactics, this interactive workshop is for you. You’ll learn how to write content that connects with your audience and encourages action—without sounding like a sales pitch.

You’ll learn how to:

  • pinpoint your target clients so your message speaks directly to their needs
  • understand what motivates decision-makers and how to reflect that in your writing
  • apply a step-by-step process to anticipate and overturn common objections
  • write with a tone that builds trust and invites conversation
  • create messaging patterns that give your audience a reason to respond

By the end of the workshop, you’ll have a practical framework to write content that’s persuasive, professional, and tailored to the people you want to reach.

Non-credit training programs are designed by a team of professionals from each respective field, providing you with effective face-to-face and web-based learning programs. Instructors/course mentors are actively involved in your learning experience, responding to any questions or concerns, as well as encouraging and motivating you to succeed. The training programs offered through Workforce Development are not part of academic degree programs.
