In just 60 minutes, you’ll see how to turn AI into a productivity partner for marketing, sales, customer service, and operations. We’ll move from “what it is” to “what it does for you,” building prompts that generate usable outputs on the spot. You’ll learn a simple prompt framework, practice responsible use (privacy, accuracy, and guardrails), and leave with ready-to-adapt templates you can apply the same day. If you’ve been asking, “Where’s the business value?” then this workshop answers it with real examples, live demos, and action-first practice.

Learning Objectives
By the end of this session, participants will be able to:

- Create at least one draft marketing asset (e.g., product blurb or email), one sales tool (e.g., objection-handling script), and one operations resource (e.g., SOP or checklist) using ChatGPT.
