Course Description

Build Your First Business Chatbot in 60 Minutes

Chatbots aren’t just for big companies anymore—they’re now simple, fast, and affordable to create. In this hands-on session, you’ll build and test your own AI-powered chatbot tailored to your business. We’ll walk through setup, design conversational flows, and deploy a basic bot that can answer FAQs, guide customers, or capture leads. No coding required—just bring your laptop and business knowledge. You’ll leave with a working prototype and the skills to refine it for real-world use.

Who It’s For

Small business owners, managers, and functional professionals (marketing, sales, customer service, HR) who want to offer customers 24/7 support or automate common interactions.

Learning Objectives

By the end of this session, participants will be able to:

  • Define a narrow, high-value use case for a chatbot (e.g., FAQ, lead capture, onboarding).
  • Use a no-code platform to create and test a chatbot.
  • Design conversational prompts that match customer needs.
  • Evaluate chatbot effectiveness and identify next steps for refinement

Non-credit training programs are designed by a team of professionals from each respective field, providing you with effective face-to-face and web-based learning programs. Instructors/course mentors are actively involved in your learning experience, responding to any questions or concerns, as well as encouraging and motivating you to succeed. The training programs offered through Workforce Development are not part of academic degree programs.
